Obituary of Donna Lee Black

Donna Lee Black (nee Clifford) passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at the age of 60. Born in Brentwood, NY, Donna was a longtime resident of Edgewater Park. She was the owner of Tease Me Hair Salon for many years and later in life became a teacher’s aide at Kids Town Day Care, Willingboro. Donna loved her family and friends, going to the shore and hosting cookouts. She was well liked with a keen sense of humor. Beloved daughter of the late Maureen and William Clifford Sr. Devoted companion of Darin Briggs. Loving mother of Elizabeth Black. Grandmother of Makayla and Maddox. Dear sister of William (Bill) Clifford and wife Sandi, Raymond Clifford and wife Denise, Kevin Clifford, Sherri Vail and husband Tom, Michelle Stilts and husband Scott, Theresa Cavaliere and the late James Kuhn. Step daughter of Michael Merlino and wife Brenda. Aunt of Anthony, Vanessa, Savannah, Jack, Ava, Christena, Bill, Jena, Nicholas, Dimas, Coty, Brielle, River, Zander, Chelcea, AJ, Kristin, Amanda, Mia, Maverick, Kaitlan, Tanner and Jaelyn. Cousin of Michael Rodriguez, Dimas Rodriguez and wife Tina and the late Shawn and Jackie Rodriguez. God mother of Toro Ramos. Niece of the late Judy Rodriguez and Dave Darling. Also survived by friends Diane Swoop and late husband Michael, Aylane Kifer and husband Barry, her co-workers, Faith, Dee, Shawn and Renee and her sidekick and shopping buddy Sam Calderone. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Friday evening, February 28, 2025 from 6 pm – 8 pm and Saturday morning from 9 am – 10 am at the Chadwick Memorial Home, 154 Webster Street, Riverside with Donna’s service to begin at 10 am.
