I'm sorry I missed the service for a long time friend one of the kindest people I've ever known. I was so glad to run into him again at Lucas when I was there 7 or 8 years ago. I'm also sorry that he didn't get to enjoy a long retirement. He won't be forgotten among our many many Mutual friends. I was a friend of his two younger sisters. I wish to extend my condolences to Iris and Georgiana and the rest of your family.

It was never a dull moment when Uncle Gordy was around. I have so many memories with him. He was always coming down to my house for dinner and him saying something was editable if he was in the mood to try a new recipe.
He was always kind, fun and caring. He would always lend a helping hand and helped me a ton when it came to questions about my car.
He will be missed a lot as an empty seat is at my table.
Love you Uncle Gordy, party it up!

I knew Gordy from growing up
in Delran. As an adult, we would run in to each other periodically and catch up. As a teenager, I confided in Gordy various fears and thoughts young girls have. He would listen, and always made me feel better. He made me laugh every time I saw him. He would tell me about his kids, and he would light up every time he talked about them. My deepest condolences to the family. May the Good Lord hold you in His arms and give you comfort.

My wife introduced me to Gordon before I moved to New Jersey from Philadelphia.
It was a pleasure getting to know him, and he was a great help when we moved.
So sorry for the family.
He passed away too soon!

Great memories of Gordy. He would come and hang out with us at my apartment after I moved from Delran. He was a good friend & liked hanging with my son Michael. Michael was always happy when Uncle Gordo would come over. Many good times & barbecues were had.
Rest in peace my friend, til we meet again.
