I had the pleasure of working with Ryan on many customer projects. We attended several customer sites together and he will be remembered for his kindness, professionalism and the positive impact he had on everyone who had the pleasure of working with him. Ryan and I were co-workers at Unified Power. I took Ryan on appointments to meet clients and help me sell our services. The greatest thing about Ryan in addition to be really knowledgeable about our industry was his selflessness. He never said no to lending a helping hand and showing up when it mattered. Clients trusted his opinion and his judgement. The picture I've attached is from a clay shoot for an industry event we went to together. I learned among other things that in addition to being a great tech, he was great at shooting too because of course he was. I will miss him endlessly insulting my New York Jets and the way he used to pick up the phone when I called and answer "What's up Money?" God Bless his family and his kids, my prayers are with you all.

I had the pleasure of working with Ryan at Unified Power now Pearce, in HR we enjoy getting to know and develop relationships with our employees, Ryan was different. He was a light, and always willing to go above and beyond for his team which is expected but he did it in a way that wasn’t, it was honest, true and genuine. A: My beloved baby boy, I can’t believe we had such a short time together, but I know in my heart you are with Nan and pop, Charlotte, uncle Al and uncle John.
