Non-licensed Staff

Although they are not licensed funeral directors, these staff members are vitally important to the operation of our firm.  These individuals make it possible for us to professionally coordinate funerals with the quality of service our community has come to expect from us.

Teresa Heagen
CFO (non-licensed individual)

Teresa is the chief financial officer for the funeral home and Jeff Heagen’s wife. Though she was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) in her early 20s, she did not let that interfere with her work ethic. Teresa was a media buyer for TV and radio and later spent several years working with print media advertising and billboards. In addition, she was one of the first sales associates in the area to work with computer networking and word processing upon it’s first release to the public. Teresa is an avid gardener, often sought out by friends and family for advice or tips about obscure gardening topics that google could never answer. Pet lover is an understatement when describing Teresa. While she does not currently own any dogs of her own, she enjoys her grand-dog and currently owns 4 rescued cats.

Stephanie Pangburn (née Affet)
Marketing Director (non-licensed individual)

Daughter of Jeff and Teresa, Stephanie is in charge of marketing and social media for the funeral home. She holds a degree in Bioscience Technology from Thomas Jefferson University and currently has two published scientific research papers. While she still continues to contribute to the field of biotechnology, Steph's first love is business. She is self taught in graphic design and marketing and currently owns two of her own businesses based out of both Philadelphia and Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

When Stephanie is not working one of her three jobs, she is enjoying time at home cooking with her son, Asher, or out geocaching with him and her husband, Tim; doing therapy work with her Australian Shepherd, Luna; and avoiding tripping over the cats (Lola and Maggie) late at night.
