Obituary of Dominic Marrocco

Dominic Marrocco passed away peacefully May 30, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was 83.

Dominic was the beloved son of the late Michael and Maida Marrocco. He was born and raised in Camden where he met and married his high school sweetheart and love of his life, Betty. They were happily married for 61 years and lived in Riverside for the past 6 decades.

Dominic enjoyed working close to home at Seagull Lighting in Riverside for over 30 years, loved his weekly weekend trips to Atlantic City with Betty, was an avid sports fan (Go Nova! Go Eagles!), loved his friends and neighbors, but above all, he cherished his family. Family gave meaning to his life each and every day. Dominic was a loving husband, Dad and Pop Pop.

Dominic was preceeded in death by his wife Betty and his son Mark (Roc). He is survived by his daughter Lisa DeSanto of Cinnaminson, his son Dominic and daughter in law Roseann of Delanco, cherished grandchildren, Jerry (fiancee Sarah), Lia (fiancee Brian), Alyssa, Chris and his loyal and beloved dog Molly.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Wednesday morning from 8:00 am to 10:30 am at the Chadwick Memorial Home, 154 Webster Street, Riverside, NJ 08075. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am at Resurrection Parish, St. Casimir Church, Riverside. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053
