Edward Vincent Tancredi Sr. Passed away peacefully on the morning of May 30, 2020 surrounded by his family at home he was 70. He born in Philadelphia to Michael and Agnes Tancredi and was a life long resident of Edgewater Park. After graduating from Burlington City High School In 1969 He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army 101st Airborne division in Vietnam Where he earned a national defense medal, a Vietnam campaign medal, a Vietnam service medal, an Army commendation medal, and a Bronze star. After returning home from the war Ed worked for National Medical Care In Delran for 28 years and retired as the plant manager. He loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter. His favorite pastime was spending time with his grandson and his family. Ed is survived by his wife of over 50 years Donna (née Deemer) his son Edward Jr. (Barbara) his daughter Maryann (Nicole) his beloved grandson Edward V. Tancredi III (Little “E”) his faithful dog Patch and a host of family members and friends. He will be laid to rest with full military honors privately.
