Obituary of Thomas J. Casperite

Passed away May 25, 2015 at home. Age 101. Born in Hainesport, NJ, Mr. Casperite lived the majority of his life in Riverside, NJ. He was a member of St. Casimir Church where he volunteered many hours with Bingo Team # 4 and also volunteered doing maintenance work at the church and school. He was employed as a printer for 22 years at Levering & Ribel, Camden, NJ and then with Consolidated Press, Phila., PA until his retirement. Thomas was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council # 1436, the Polish American Club, St. Casimir Beneficial Club and Local Pressman #14. He enjoyed many Friday night card games with his buddies and enjoyed occasional trips to the casinos with his sons and granddaughter. He was the beloved husband of the late Edith ( Wasneski), loving father of Edward T. (Nancy), Thomas P. , Michael A. and the late Matthew T. , father-in-law of Barbara Casperite. Grandfather of Ronald Casperite, Karen Masoner, Linda Collins, Ruth Roberts, Ann-Marie Casperite, Eugene Samero and Thomas Casperite. Great-grandfather of 12. Also survived by several nieces and nephews including his faithful weekly visitors, Deacon Dan, Steve and Frank.
