Judith E. Fowkes (nee Hubbs) - on June 21, 2015, at Penn. Presbyterian Hospital, Phila, Pa. Age 67. Born in Riverside, Judith was a resident of Delanco since 1970. She was a longtime board member of the Delanco Library. Beloved wife of 29 years to Donald E. Fowkes. Devoted mother of Kevin Kershaw (Marie), Christine Perri (Philip), Jinnie Anstice (Shane) and the late Richard Kershaw. Mother in law of Carrie Kershaw. Loving sister of Russell Hubbs Jr. (Maryann). Grandmother of 11, Great grandmother of 2. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Judith’s viewing Saturday, June 27, 2015 from 9am – 11am at the Chadwick Memorial Home, 154 Webster St., Riverside, NJ 08075. Funeral service 11am at the funeral home. Interment Lakeview Cemetery, Cinnaminson.
