Mary Ellen Ward passed peacefully surrounded by family and friends. The daughter of Tange and Noni Spangler, Mary leaves behind her daughter Lisa (Sue) and son John. Grandchildren Garrett and Alexis (Wyatt). Siblings Mike, Joanne and Steve (Franny). Also left to mourn, her former husband, Paul.
Mary was a former Army Nurse, realtor, and homemaker. Mary enjoyed her home and yard, where her cats Susie, Morley and Tobi, roamed freely, along with other creatures who took refuge among her beautiful gardens.
Arrangements are private. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your favorite animal shelter or rescue in Mary’s name.
