Born in Portugal Sept. 1, 1932, Policarpo passed away at his home in Riverside, NJ on Sept. 2, 2015. Husband of the late Marie E. (nee Machado-Quintas). Father of four, grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of 15. Brother of two sisters. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing on Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at the Chadwick Memorial Home, 154 Webster St., Riverside, NJ 08075 followed by an 8 pm service.
