Q: What was one of your favorite qualities of Charles?
A: Skip taught me the value of maximizing health by discovering nutritional and systemic deficits and using whole food supplements and herbs to close the gap. Just the other day , I found myself using an example he taught me many years ago to explain something. He had a profound, positive, life long impact on me and many others, I’m sure.
