On October 4, 2015, of Marlton, formerly of Delran. Age 96. Ernest was a proud Army veteran of WWII. He was employed as a postal carrier for 35 years, working out of the Cherry Hill office. His passion was restoring homes and building fine furniture in his basement. Beloved husband of the late Gertrude J. (nee Mansure). Devoted father of Jean Harris, Janet Brown (Rod) and Ernest Jr. (Edith). Loving grandfather of 9, great grandfather of 14 and great great-grandfather of 2. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Friday morning from 9am – 11am at the Chadwick Memorial Home, 154 Webster St., Riverside, NJ 08075. Funeral service 11am at the funeral home. Interment Odd Fellows Cemetery, Burlington. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053 or Bright View Assisted Living, 170 Greentree Rd., Marlton, NJ 08053.
